I have not had problems with the noodles becoming rancid which can be an issue with ramen type noodles. I have been using this brand in various flavor varieties for several years and in one lot found a little caking of the dry soup base in the packet in one lot but hat didf not negatively affect flavor or use. Overall, I like these MAMA products much better than the typical US supermarket brands. |
