Answer:	Okay, old question, but I don't like seeing the wrong answer up as the only one that seems to address the question. Short answer, if there's less than .5 grams of trans fat/serving, companies can claim that their product is trans fat free. So make the serving size small enough, and everything could legally be called trans fat free. And fully hydrogenated oils can't have trans fats - "trans" has to do with which side of a carbon atom the single hydrogen attached to (if it's on the other side, it's a cis fat) and fully hydrogenated oils have hydrogens on both sides. They're still not good for you, but not because they're trans fats.

Answer:	It has 11g net carbohydrates, all of which are from vegetables/fruit. We have had several customers indicate it's keto friendly for them. You might also be interested in True Primal Beef & Mushroom, which is vegetable-only as far as carbohydrates go, and True Primal Savory Wedding Organic Soup with 8g net carbohydrates from veggies. Also True Primal Roasted Chicken Soup is 12g net carbohydrate, again all from vegetables.

Answer:	Update: Originally we were putting the best date as a year from when it was cooked. Note this date is chosen based on flavor. Over time it seems like the delicate aromatics in the onion/garlic may be the first to mellow out and lose their flavor. After about a year of storage, it seems like there's a slight reduction of those two flavors, but most of the flavors holds up well. Based on that we now use "Best If Used By" date of 18 months from pouch time.
