Answer:	Sorry, all I could figure out without opening a box in the grocery store is that one box of Barilla lasagna sheets will make up a 9 by 13” pan (size of a single layer cake pan) of lasagna almost perfectly—and that’s making 2 to 4 layers of pasta, depending on how closely you space them. The newer Barilla boxes give the dimensions of each sheet on the box. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I just checked a recent box—15 sheets of lasagne to a box; makes a large 9 by 13 dish of pasta. it’s really hard to mess up unless you boil it first (making it limp and hard to handle).

Answer:	Hello Norma Thanks for reaching out. There are many situations where the HMR entrees are exposed to high heat and they are absolutely fine to consume. It’s important to add that prolonged exposure to high heat may affect the quality of the entrees, as with any shelf-stable food. In these types of situations it’s best to check if the sealed lid is “bulging” (as if gas is trapped under the seal) or if the entree is producing an unpleasant smell. If so, these may be signs that the entree has been negatively affected by the heat and should not be consumed. HMR has been shipping our entrees all around the country through all seasons for many years. We haven’t had any reports of anyone becoming ill. Hope this answers your question. Debbie HMR

Answer:	These help the same way a program like Nutrisystem would help, by calorie reduction (but I think they taste better than Nutrisystem and I like that I recognize all the ingredients). I have found them satisfying and have been using them to lose weight by reducing my calories. I also use the app My Fitness Pal to record and count my daily calorie intake. The HMR meals have helped me to stay on a 1200 calorie diet for the past 1 1/2 months. I just went to the doctor this week and I have lost 15 pounds so far. These meals alone will not cause you to lose weight if you are not watching what else you are eating. For example if you have a piece of bread and butter on the side, there goes the calories.

Answer:	We haven't tried it ourselves, but each "row" is 13" long, and 3" wide. Therefore, combining the three widths would equal 9", and they all would be 13" long. When we looked at other comments, we saw people used this pan to make three separate pound cakes, but hadn't thought of it. They also made three separate lasagnas. You could try it, but be sure to watch closely on the baking time. It's a dark pan, and with the narrow strips of batter it likely would cook more quickly. Perhaps like cupcakes.

Answer:	Yes. I have made banana bread and meatloaf in the pan too. It was a really nice shape and it didn't take as long.

Answer:	I think NH has a better texture. Palmini is definitely more Al Dente. Natural Heaven has 1 ingredient! It's my go to for a great "pasta" experience.

Answer:	We liked this product a lot. The glucomannan product definitely has a rubbery texture and spaghetti squash, while not rubbery, is more vegetable-like than pasta. We have only tried the lasagna so far but the texture, when cooked in a lasagna recipe, was more like regular pasta. We also like the slightly tangy taste of the heart of palm. We plan to try the angel hair pasta next. We like the fact that it is pure heart of palm with no added ingredients and we really like it. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I don't know, but I have some that old, and I plan to eat them. They might not taste as good as they did 3 years ago, but I believe that they are fine to eat.
