Answer:	I probably use about 1/3 cup of mix to 2 cups water. You can adjust for your thickness preference from there. Stir mix into cold water in the pot with a whisk while heating over medium heat. Be prepared to stand there stirring until it comes to a boil, turn heat to low. Makes good gravy with your attention.

Answer:	I have added cream, not milk, some cornstarch to thicken to gravy consistency, and cracked black pepper to make a pepper sauce for beef. As to ammounts? I added to taste. Start with enough milk or cream to give you the amount you want, add the water and cornstarch mix a little at a time bring back to boil with each addition unil you have propper thickness, then add gravy mix until it tasts like you want it, mainly looking for salt level. Then a very generous amount of pepper. Simmer a few minutes and top a nicely browned steak. Yum.

Answer:	The regular gravy has to be actually cooked I suppose to cook off the flour taste. The premium preparation is more like instant—just mix with boiling water. But to me the taste and flavor is the same. Just depends on what you have time for. I lean towards the premium when I am trying to get supper ingredients ready before I go to work in the morning. Regular when I have more time.
