Question: | What is nutrition info (required on food product packaging |
Answer: | Don't know. I got a lot of boxes when I ordered. |
Question: | Why are they allowed to say 6count, and only send one box |
Answer: | Yes, it is 6 packages of 14 ounces of noodles but I don't recall mine being that expensive. I find that I only need to use half a package in each dish/recipe I make and it easily feeds 4 once the veggies and meat or chicken are added in. |
Question: | Is this 6 packages of 14 ounces of noodles? ~$8 per package |
Answer: | It's a little bit spicy to me - I have geographic tongue and am extra sensitive. Not unbearable at all, and it's one of my favorite ramen flavors. |

Question: | Are these dried noodles |
Answer: | it is best to assume his product is not gluten free since the manufacturer did not label it. |
Question: | Is this product Gluten Free |
Answer: | I contacted the US distributor regarding your query, and this is their reply: "This noodle is not deep fried. After boiled, it would used for any kind of salad." Hope this helps! |
Question: | Is this deep fried, and used for chinese chicken salad?...thank you |
Answer: | These are a much thinner noodle. More like Angel hair pasta. Cook, throw in some seasoning, whether you like the powdered stuff like the ramen packets or something richer (and more expensive, but sometimes worth it if you're feeling like spending about 30 cents more per 'cup a soup'). A thicker noodle, more like fettuccini, is the stir fry variety. It also takes longer to cook. I prefer my noodles with a little textile, as opposed to really soft. This is what I do for my equivalent of ramen: I fill one of our soup bowls with water, zap in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes (we have a full size 1100 watt microwave. If you have a small student size, time may vary 30 seconds) so the waters boiling. Crack off a chunk of the noodles, put them in the bowl. Let them sit for 3 to 4 minutes. Add seasoning stir. Good to go. Adjust your soak time in the boiling water (you don't need to reheat the bowl of water after the noodles go in unless you want your noodles to be much softer) to your taste. Same with the seasoning. So much cheaper than the pre made bowls. This company also makes a single serve packet, just like ramen. I've paid roughly $1 per packet. They stopped carrying them in my local store, and my favorite flavor of spring onion is rarely available here on Amazon in the packet form. When it is, it's usually twice as expensive as the other flavors. I don't know why. It is available in the bowls, but the amount of actual food is the same, costs about 2x more, and has a ton of wasteful packaging. If you're tired of the standard flavors like chicken and beef I put all kinds of things on these noodles. Spaghetti sauce, no it's not like the regular spaghetti but still good. Parmesan cheese. Sweet and sour sauce. Soy sauce. Nacho cheese. They will be the flavor of whatever you put with them. Easy and cheap. Two very rare things in a gluten free diet. Aside from the gluten issue, these also don't have the fat and calories of ramen. They're healthier. Play around. It's hard to ruin them. |
Question: | Can i make ramen with these noodles |
Answer: | The ingredients are mainly rice flour, water. |
