Answer:	It’s actually a 2g of net carbs a 13g of fat. 11g total carbs - 2g of fiber = 9g of carbs. To those you need to deduct all sugar alcohols (eritrhitol) so, 9g - 7g of erithritol = 2g of net carbs. Total Keto.

Answer:	there is 140 cal per serving. a serving is 6 pcs so, 140 cal / 6 pcs....or 280 for the entire bag (2 servings)

Answer:	Yes. The instructions say to cook them boiling water for 9-11 minutes. I prefer the noodles on the firmer side and live at high altitude. Therefore, I cook them about 9 minutes.

Answer:	Ingredients are 100% Durham Wheat semolina, eggs, whole eggs (with citric acid) and seat salt. These are great noodles!

Answer:	I would guess about 1/2" +, but nice & thick. They do take a bit of time to cook down for soft noodles. I used to buy them @ Sam's but they seemed to drop them. I found them here and the bag lasts a while for me. They are really great for many dishes, my fav is a thick Chicken & noodles dish. I add a bit of corn starch with cold water to the finial mix to thicken the soup up. These noodles can pick up the flavor of the dish if cooked into the batch. Hope you like them, worth a try!
