Answer:	Yes it works well for sauces. I have used it to make a Thai peanut sauce for a Thai pizza. Any liquid can be used to make a sauce. The Thai sauce was soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, water and ground ginger. You can also make as directed on the label and use in any recipe that calls for peanut butter.

Answer:	You DON'T have to add oil to it for it to be peanut butter. The directions are to add water. You CAN add oil but if you are looking to save calories do the water. It tastes great.

Answer:	Yes I make a shake each morning using 14-21 grams of this in addition to two scoops chocolate whey, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach, and 3/4 cup of cooked gluten free oatmeal. I also use it in place of peanut butter for dipping apples, sandwiches, and any recipes. I will never buy peanut butter again if this is available.

However that company has had difficulties competing with the East Coast for a long time. Tastes are subjective, buy I like Tropical very much and they are -- were -- really affordable as well and much more to each jar. I had to order Smucker's pineapple and apricot separately because Tropical apricot WITH pineapple seems to be a thing of the past -- along with virtually everything else. Smucker's is generally a very good product, of course.

I just finished making it as an icing for my dark chocolate brownies & I added just a bit of dark chocolate cocoa powder. Even with the deeper taste, it's not even close to Reese's. My advice, if you want Reese's Peanut Butter cups, buy the miniature ones and combine them in an icing or recipe of some type. You'll be cutting the carbs & sugar & still getting some of that Reese's taste.

They were about as unhelpful as they could possibly be, stating; “Please review the packaging to determine if the product is vegetarian or vegan”. Of course, when you are shopping online, you can’t always see the entire packaging, that’s why I contacted them, but their lazy rep couldn’t be bothered to spend two minutes researching the matter. She stated; “If the label says 'vegetarian' it is NOT vegan.” Of course, this product page only shows one side of the label, so it’s impossible to tell. I’m going to buy earth balance instead, that’s labeled vegan and it’s delicious.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Energy Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter
• 8 oz Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
• 1/2 cup ice
• 1 banana
• pinch cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Pour peanut butter powder, cocoa powder, yogurt and ice cubes into blender and mix at high speed. Slice banana, add into mixture, and re-blend. Pour smoothie into two cups and serve. Sprinkle dash of cinnamon on top for extra flavor.
