Answer:	I never made sushi but you can cook it longer until just before it starts to break apart, so I guess so. It tends to be more firm than white rice but once you learn how to make it for what you need its fine. Wont buy white rice again

Answer:	Should come out like regular white rice but only that it's slightly browner. When you make brown rice, you should be using 1 cup rice to 1-1/2 cups water with the rice cooker on brown rice setting. I do that with 1/2 brown rice & 1/2 quinoa, too. Good luck...!!!

Answer:	Rice is gluten free. As far as I know, only wheat products have gluten like bread and pasta. So those rice products that have seasoning are o.k. if there are no wheat products added.

Answer:	No. But it is short grain (not long) brown rice and has a delicious almost nutty flavor.

Answer:	If you have a problem with bugs in your rice, put it in the freezer for 24 hours then store in in an air tight container. Usually the problem is meal moths. I had a lot of trouble with them but I started using moth traps and got rid of some grain products that had been on the shelf too long. It took me about a year with the traps but I no longer have moths. I also freeze most of my grains and dry beans for 24 hours before putting them on the shelf.

Answer:	Brown rice is apparently healthier than white rice. And for some reason I've found that anything that's healthy and good for you are not wallet friendly. 

Answer:	combine 1/2 cup rice and 1-1/2 cups water in a 1-1/2 quart microwave safe dish. Microwave uncovered on High for 8-10 minutes. Reduce power to 50%, microwave covered about 15-20 minutes. Allow rice to sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Do not add salt or butter until after rice is cooked. Should make about 2-1/2 cups rice.
