Question:	Why do you list your seeds in sprouting seeds when they are not sprouting seeds
Answer:	I am guessing to appeal to a wider market? I was surprised when I bought them and realized they were not sprouting seeds. They are delicious just not what I was looking for.

Question:	What is the expiration date
Answer:	Usually 1 year from Production date, on my Tub it says May of 2014. I keep mine in the freezer as soon as I open the Tub and it looks and tastes just as good before the expiration date.
Question:	How many carbohydrates are in 3 tablespoons of hemp hearts
Answer:	Perhaps folks are misreading the nutrition info on the bag or things have changed recently. My 8oz bag was purchased on 12-17-2019 and it says that 1 serving = 3 tablespoons and that there is only 1 carb per serving. So according to my bag, the answer to how many crabs are in a 3 tablespoon serving is: 1g carb. This is a great whole food! Don’t forget to refrigerate after opening. FODMAP Foot note: 2 tablespoon servings is low FODMAP (contains moderate Oligas -GOS) according to Monash University - for all you FODMAPPERS. :)
Question:	Are these organically grown? I see Non-GMO on the back of the bag, but I don't see the words "Organically Grown" anywhere in the pictures

Question:	Do these actually contain THC(the active ingredient in marijuana that gets you high
Answer:	I read that the Hemp Hearts do not contain THC. It is a different part of the plant that they use for the Hemp Hearts. I have taken Hemp Hearts daily and have never felt high. They are full of protein and omega and some health issues I have had have gotten better since I have been using the Hemp Hearts...J on Cape CodHope this was helpful.

Most countries on the planet do not allow the growth hormones, pesticides and Monsanto Round-Up that we allow on our crops and livestock. Even without that, our soil is LOADED with arsenic. That's why even ORGANIC rice from the USA has arsenic in it. I try to avoid American foods unless they are organic AND I order everything else from the EU, (European Union) where don't allow all those chemicals and GMO's in their food.
