Answer:	First: You need Hard Candy Flavoring, Vegetable Glycerin, Propylene glycol, a 10 ml syringe, a small bottle to hold it all in, and nicotine (optional). For 10 ml, use 4.5 ml of Vegetable Glycerin and 4.5 ml of Propylene Glycol, then add 1 ml of Hard Candy Flavoring and mix thoroughly. You can change ratios to suit your taste. Add more VG and/or Flavoring to increase taste, or if you use nicotine, add more PG. Hope this helps.
