Question:	Hmm I’m about 33 inches around the waist do I get medium large
Answer:	Its been about a year since I've ordered these, but th we re were issues. The ladies sizes are odd. I normally wear a ladies M. It came in and after washing, it fit like an XS. Ordered a L, after washing, it fit like a potato sack (I'm 5'3", weigh 120, waist measure approx 28") The material on the burgundy shirts are SUPER scratchy (still haven't worn mine). Hubby's was the Heather gray, and it was softer (and his fit normally).

Answer:	I put it on the top of an 8” cake and had plenty of room on both ends. But check with the company, they are good a responding back quickly. Thats what made decide to purchase from them vs the other options Amazon offered. Hope this helps.
