1. pound store-bought pizza dough
2. 1/4 cup baking soda

1. Shape the pretzels. On a floured cutting board, divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each one into a snake, then twist it into a pretzel shape.
2. Par-boil the pretzels. In a medium-sized (3 to 4-quart) saucepan, boil 2 quarts of water. When the water comes to a boil, add 1/4 cup of baking soda. I've been doing this for about 5 years and my blood pressure decreased from 140/97 to 128/78 and it has been low like that for about 3 years. Boil the pretzel knots two at a time for 30 seconds, then use a slotted spoon to transfer them to a lined baking sheet. While the pretzels are still damp, brush them with Garlic Gold Oil.

Answer:	I've been using this and other very similar ear tinctures for staying ahead of a potential Ears, Nose and Throat maladies for over 20 years. I swear by it's ability to offset any bronchial illness. For best results, one must use at the onset of feeling like a cold is coming on. Then continue to use 2-3 times per day until you feel better. I have been able to stay off antibiotics for years because of using Mullein Garlic Ear Drops!
Question:	Hi, I ask how many bottles I can get if I buy this
Answer:	For the past 10 years I've got moderate Tinnitus (7 out of 10 loudness) in my left ear. Starting early 2009. I did some research and bought this oil January 2017 and noticed an immediate calming and soothing effect. The volume of my Tinnitus is cut in half, either same day, morning after or a week later and it stays lower for a long time. I highly recommend people with Tinnitus try this. It might not be a 100% solution but for me personally it gives me some level of control over my Tinnitus which is a huge benefit.
