Spray cookie sheet with Bertolli Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil. Drop dough onto the cookie sheet. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Bake 12-15 mins.

Ingredients: ½ c Bertolli Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil, ½ cup milk, 2 ¾ cups flour, 1 tsp. salt
Directions: One hour before making the crust, place the olive oil in the freezer and chill until solid. Preheat oven to 350°. Sift flour and salt together. Place milk and olive oil into one measuring cup, do not stir. Add all at once to the flour mixture. Cut oil and milk mixture into flour mixture until well incorporated. Shape into two flat discs. Wrap dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes or more. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to desired thickness, taking care not to overwork the dough as it will cause the crust to be tough. Dough is now ready to use with your favorite pie recipe.
