Under that is what appears to be a letter 'C' back to back with another one. Sorry I can't help you more.

Answer:	This product is made from a real coconut! If you feel that by falling from a very tall coconut palm tree to the ground might have hurt the coconut, then it's not cruelty-free. I've never watched a person climb a coconut palm, carefully cut 1 or more coconuts off & climb back down the tree. Usually, it's a climb, a sake or whack with a machete and scurry down the tree to retrieve the fallen coconuts. Then they're whacked with the knife and the outer layer is removed. Answer:	Maybe use less coconut oil when cooking, I use it to cook with for everything. I have tried several brands and like the Carrington Farms the best for flavor. I replaced butter and all my other cooking oils with this coconut oil. It is all I use now. You could probably find something different in a health food store.

Ingredients: 2-6 oz fillets of Salmon / 2-3 Tbsp of Carrington Farms Coconut Oil / Garlic powder and pepper to taste.

For this brand, been using it for almost a month and it works just like the other brands I tried before. I would suggest for skin use it slowly like every other day and for hair once or twice a week.
