Answer:	For the face (and entire body) DON'T start off with anything higher than a 2% dilution ratio!! Idk who wrote to you before me but they have no idea what they're talking about. If you have a high dilution ratio you have a high chance at damaging your skin cells! I make my own skin tonics to combat aging, stretch Mark's, eczema etc and have talked to a fair number of chemists, NDs, auromatherapists etc about this to figure out how to safely mix oils to achieve the maximum benefits from these oils. Start off with a sum total of 3 drops of essential oil and 10ml of carrier oil to achieve the 1-2% dilution ratio. At an 11% dilution ratio you will (more than likely) achieve cell toxicity just fyi. Look into the company "Edens Garden" for essential oil advice. They have amazing reps!

Question:	I saw that this is for hair. Is this the same as any fractioned coconut oil. I want it to dilute essential oils
Answer:	There is nothing on the label that says anything about lice prevention. I have the leave in for dry, color treated hair. It's not tested on animals, ethical, sustainable. My reasons for trying it, & I love it. Using it every day, it could work to prevent lice, but not positive.

Answer:	Hi Micky, Thanks for your message & reaching out. The white milky colour is 100% normal with some or all Coconut Oil capsules, this is because the product is unrefined & organic. One of the characteristics of coconut oil is its high melting point. At temperatures above 76 degrees F (24 C) coconut oil is a liquid. At temperatures below this it becomes solid. The oil will be either liquid or solid depending on the temperature of the room. There is nothing wrong or unusual about this. Answer:	They are about one inch long, which is fairly a good size capsule. But, they are easy to swallow.

Answer:	While I don't know for sure -- most probably just taking coconut oil will give you the same results.
