Answer: I am going to say no. Listed ingred: blend of cheese (granular & Blue) pasteurized milk, cheese culture, saalt, enzymes, Whey, Partially hydrogenated soybean oil, whey protein concentrate, lactose, maltodestrin, salt,, sodium, phosphaate, citric acid, lactic acid, yellow 5, yellow 6. Question: Is there any nutritional info on this? I.E. fat & sodium content, etc
Answer: Serving size 15 g, Calorie 70, Fat 37 g, Cholest 8.67 g, Carbs 6.2 g, Sodium 541 g. and sugar 4.61g. The cheese is wonderful on popcorn, it also contains Vitamins A & C along with Iron and Calcium.
Question: After opening the cheese jar, do I need to refrigerate or what's the best to store? thanks
Answer: We never refrigerate ours and it has always been fine. We use about 1 container every 9 months.

Answer: I'm on my third jar and still happy with it. I've noticed no difference between jars, so far. If I had to guess, I'd say people are buying it, expecting the same thing as the name brand macaroni & cheese powder, and it's not. This tastes more like the coating on, as Cartman would say, "cheesy poofs," and makes the pasta more orange than what people may be accustomed to. What I like most about it, though, is that it's not sweet, like certain name brands. Who wants sweet mac & cheese w/ hamburger, anyway?

Our Cheddar Cheese Powder is made with microbial rennet.

To mix a cheddar cheese sauce, mix 1/4 cup of butter or margarine, 1/4 cup of milk, 2 tbsp of Cheddar Cheese Powder. Heat to 180F and hold 5 minutes.
