Answer:	YES, Olive Oil will thicken. Let the jar sit out for twenty minutes and it will change back. They ue olive oil versus corn or vegetable oil because it's healthier. I use to own a cheese shop and sold this killer product. At about 45-50°F, the olive oil can begin to solidify, making it look cloudy or crystallized. As the olive oil gets colder, it turns into the consistency of butter. When completely frozen, it becomes a very hard butter.
Question:	are these soft/flexible plastic or are they cellophane
Answer:	We just keep both of our jars in the fridge. They don't take up much room. I imagine the oil would keep the cheese from going bad though as long as it is covering it. Once open definitely put it in the fridge. Hope this helps.

Answer:	For one serving (one piece of bread), carb total is 25 g (dietary fiber 6 g and sugars 0 g).

Answer:	Whole kernel rye, water, wholemeal rye flour, salt, malt extract, oat fiber, yeast, and may contain traces of soy, milk and tree nuts.
Question:	How is the bread paper different than the produce paper
Answer:	I usually do ham, turkey or chicken cold cuts and/or cheese. If you are using cheap white bread then PB & J may not work since the jelly starts to soak into the bread and rise up thru it making a mess. I have read you can use white wraps instead of bread too, that might work for PB&J? Maybe you can put the PB & J on after you cut and stamp them though. I haven't tried that. Other than the my problem using PB&J my kids love these and they work well for us.
Question:	Does the bread storage paper really work? Especially in the deep South, where even salt and hydrochloric acid mold
