Question:	Where does this come from? With in the US
Answer:	To my knowledge, most lettuces tend to be more alkaline than acidic. However, I'm guessing that would depend upon the soil in which the plant is grown. Most common garden vegetables prefer a 5 to 7 level of acidity in order to thrive. Use a test strip or take a soil sample to your local county ag dept. for testing.
Question:	Does anyone know which types of lettuce are in the mix? Packaging does not say
Answer:	I have purchased this a few weeks ago and by the growth and shape of the leaves I don’t think there is arugula as I have a few pots with two different types of arugula and the shapes are different but can’t guarantee this is just based on my observation
Question:	Can these be planted in a hydro garden
Answer:	It's baby leaf lettuce seeds.
Question:	Are these non gmo
Answer:	I don't think so, unless to warm it up a little before you wrap it around the shrimp. I wouldn't recommend it because since the bacon is already cooked, it would be overcooked by the time you finish cooking the shrimp.

1. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet, over medium heat.

2. Add kale, carrots, and green onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp tender (6 to 8 minutes).
