Answer:	There is a best by date laser printed on the side of the bottle in the gap between the label. They are typically around 6-months out from purchase. Please note that it is BEST BY not expiration; they are safe to consume well beyond the date. We choose a conservative date for quality reasons (not food safety) because the oils may change somewhat in flavors at about 9 months out. Enjoy!

2 lb Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks

3/4 cup pitted black olives

3/4 cup finely diced red onions

8 anchovy fillets, halved

2 tbsp fresh parsley leaves

Directions: Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling salted water for 25 to 30 minutes or until fork tender. Let cool completely. In large bowl, toss together Newman’s Own Avocado Oil & Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dairy Free Caesar Dressing, potatoes, olives, red onions and anchovies until well coated. Sprinkle with parsley.

Tip: Substitute chives for parsley if desired.

This zesty dinner salad is a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients: 1/3 cup Newman’s Own Avocado Oil & Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dairy Free Greek Dressing

1 large head cauliflower

1/4 cup olive oil, divided

3/4 tsp salt and pepper, divided

4 salmon fillets (5 oz each)

Eight 1/4-inch lemon slices

1/4 cup caper berries

4 tsp finely chopped dill

Directions: Slice cauliflower lengthwise into four 1-inch steaks. Brush with 2 tbsp oil; season with 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. Toss salmon with remaining oil, salt and pepper.

Preheat greased grill to medium. Grill, turning occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes or until charred and tender.

Meanwhile, grill salmon for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Grill lemon slices for 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden.

Arrange grilled cauliflower, salmon and lemon slices among 4 plates. Drizzle with Dressing. Garnish with caper berries and dill.

Answer:	It’s not. Lard is keto. Avocado, olive oil, or coconut would be more Keto friendly.

Answer:	Is not that canola is not keto friendly. Is that it is known to cause inflammation. Keto does not have a specific definition as to what is or not keto. As long as something keeps you in ketosis is valid, however is not favorable for anybody. But you learn soon in Keto that you cannot have it all. Canola oil is used because it is way cheaper than avocado oil. I would have a bigger problem with the molasses in the ingredient list but is trivial so if you don't go crazy with the dressing, or you are completely clean keto or rich Lol is ok occasionally -- The Keto Chop
