Answer:	The two main ways I use tapenade is either as an appetizer with crackers/good bread, or in my Greek salads. However, it also can be used as a spread for a cheese sandwich or even cucumber. I like tapenad A LOT.

Answer:	The spice level has just enough kick to really enjoy. I dont like truely hot and spicy things myself but this has, on a scale of 1 to 10. Answer:	This is the sauce that the Frisch family uses on their Big Boy hamburgers. I grew up in Cincinnati, where all the Big Boy restaurants were owned by the Frisch family. I’m living in Florida now - the Big Boy restaurants that were opened in the Altamonte Springs and Sanford areas here did not have this sauce - they used a “white” sauce which didn’t come close. Those restaurants were not even close to the Frisch’s restaurants for any of their foods, and didn’t last very long.

Caramel Chocolate Pretzel Delights

Ingredients

• 24 Snyder’s of Hanover Mini Pretzels, Gluten Free Mini Pretzels or Pretzel Snaps
• 24 chocolate covered chewy caramels
• 24 pecan halves

Instructions

• Line microwave-safe plate with parchment paper and place up to 6 pretzels on plate.
• Top each pretzel with one unwrapped caramel.
• Microwave on medium power (50%) for 30 seconds or until caramel piece begins to soften, but not melt.
• Carefully slide parchment and pretzels on countertop.
• Top with either pecan half or additional pretzel.
• Cool completely before storing or serving.

Chocolate-Covered Pretzel Rods

Ingredients

• 12 Snyder’s of Hanover Pretzel Rods
• ¾ cup dark chocolate, roughly chopped
• ¾ cup white chocolate, roughly chopped
• Optional decoration: finely chopped walnuts, assorted sprinkles

Directions

• Place selected base chocolate flavor in tall, skinny glass and microwave for 1 ½ mins, pausing every 30 secs to stir.
• Dip 1 Pretzel Rod into the glass to cover ½ to ¾ of Rod in chocolate.
• Place the Rod on glass dish for chocolate to harden. Repeat with remaining Rods.
• Once chocolate is set, place Pretzel Rods on a parchment lined sheet pan.
• Place drizzling chocolate in small bowl & melt using same method above. Use spoon to drizzle chocolate over Rods and add decoration if desired.
• Transfer baking sheet to refrigerator to allow chocolate to harden.

Pretzel Trail Mix Snack

Ingredients

• 2 cups Snyder’s of Hanover Itty Bitty Minis Pretzels
• 1 cup dried cranberries
• 1 cup candy coated chocolate candies
• 1 cup yogurt covered raisins
• 1 cup Goldfish crackers
