About the Brand

Annie Chun was born and raised in Seoul, Korea, and came to Northern California as a young adult, where her family owned and operated a top-rated Korean restaurant in San Francisco.

Annie began selling her signature Asian sauces at the Marin County Farmers' Market in the early '90s. It wasn't long before her loyal customers began to encourage her to start her own company and package the products for the retail market. So, in 1992, with $500 and a lot of help from friends and family, she founded Annie Chun's Gourmet Foods. Her goal was to deliver healthy, authentic Asian foods to Western consumers, and to make Asian cooking "as easy to prepare as spaghetti" for Americans. Answer:	There is no beef nor fish; just dried tofu and miso which is made of beans.
Question:	Other than microwave, can you just add hot water, cover for 5 minutes and serve
Answer:	All you need to do is pour in a cup and a half of boiling water, and wait for the dried veggies from the small packet to get re-hydrated. After getting re-hydrated, the veggies will become crunchy. You should avoid using a microwave on the noodles being covered with water. If you do this, then the mixture will boil over in the microwave. To repeat, just stick a cup and a half of cold water in your microwave (the water contained in a large cup). Once the water is boiling, then you need to pour the boiling water over the combination of noodles plus dried veggies. After soaking for a couple of minutes, then you need to add the thick teriyaki sauce. It makes no sense to do it any other way.

Answer:	Claire...I use it on a regular shelf. I never even thought to try to fit it in the crisper. It is its own crisper like the other person said. I keep romaine lettuce in it mostly. Answer:	After 4 years of use this crisper is the best I have ever had. Yes mine did warp when I placed it in the dishwasher. Had to work to get it on. But after awhile it became easier. The top lid now shows signs of cracking. Ordered a new criper lids comes on and off much easier. The lids won't be going in the dishwasher.

Question:	is this dairy free
Answer:	Listing visible via website panel. Also listed as “vegan” precludes dairy. I am pretty strict but havent seen anything to scare me off. That said FDA is slack in its regulatory duties so who really knows??
Question:	Says on my label That it has 6g of fiber, I doubt it but could that be true? Thank you
Answer:	The label says 1 gram of fiber so you are right for doubting.
Question:	I don't have a microwave. Is there a stovetop heating option
Answer:	I have always made mine this way, and it comes out perfect every time. Put some water in a sauce pan on high and bring it just to a boil. While the water is heating up, empty the soup contents into the plastic bowl. Take the water off as soon as it starts to boil, and pour water into the soup bowl up to the molded in fill line. Give everything a quick swish with spoon and sit the lid on top loosely for a few minutes letting the soup ingredients to combine and cool.
Question:	How much sodium in each package
Answer:	520 mg. I have to watch my sodium intake and get this item because it is reasonably low. (I try to stick to about 500 mg per meal.)

Serving Tips for Even Better Enjoyment

Easy to Prepare

1. Place dry toppings in a bowl and add about ¼ cup of water, then place noodles on top.

2. Place lid loosely on bowl and microwave on high for 90 seconds (based on 1200 watt microwave oven). Then let bowl sit in microwave for an additional 30 seconds.

3. Add sauce packet (and peanuts, if any). Stir well. Enjoy.

Question:	Is it rice noodles as in the pics? One review says they got the wheat noodles instead
Answer:	It is rice noodles as in the pic. If it says Chand Clear it's usually rice noodles.
Question:	Is it supper spicy
Answer:	Hi, This is on the spicier side. If the packets are very fresh then it is very spicy. We generally eat medium thai and this is about that. You can tone it down a little bit by adding veggies. The fresh packets can clear your sinuses if you are not used to eating spicy foods. If they are stale or old, it is not as spicy.We love these! The ou instant noodle you'll find in our house.
Question:	Does it contain MSG
Answer:	MSG IS good for you. It's found naturally in virtually every food you eat. Some foods, such as seafoods, have a higher amount than others, but there is no evidence that MSG is bad for you in any way. It's a 1990's myth.
Question:	This is my most favorite instant noodle but why so expensive? These are sold at any Vietnamese supermarket for $9 max. Sometimes $7 on sale
Answer:	I have it at $8.99. also it will cost me more than the the alotted $6.77 to ship. In the end I'm selling it for about $5 after my shipping cost
