Answer:	It is my understanding that they are made of stainless steel. They work extremely well.
Question:	What is the sale by date
Answer:	The only complaint I have with this machine is that coffee grinds show up all over the counter, under the bin, in the shoot, and anywhere else in the vicinity. The problem, I believe, is primarily due to static electricity. I have no solution.
