If someone doesn't like hot foods, this might not be a good choice. There are dehydrated black beans in it, so if someone has a legume allergy, it should be avoided. One of this brand's sauces lists peanuts in the ingredients; this one doesn't, but the manufacturing plant is obviously not peanut-free. It has a rather high fat content, but the servings are small. My family loves it on everything or even just off a spoon! |
