Answer:	the instructions say the prefered method is in the microwave, but it does say you can cook it in the oven after you take the plastic film off and cover it with foil - it takes about an hour at 350.

Answer:	Im not sure what you mean by " turn on" but to LIGHT THE SAGE. Hold the sage at a 45 degree angle and let it burn for about 20 seconds. then gently blow it out and let it smoke. You can gently fan the smoke with your hand or a feather

• Light the bundle from the top for about 10-15 seconds then gently blow it out. You may use a feather to distribute the smoke. You may also crush the leaves and place them on a burning charcoal tablet. Answer:	As someone wrote, they are about 1 5/8 x 1 5/8. I measured some frozen ones and they were 1 5/8 x 1 7/8, apparently they stretch a bit when taking them out of the mold. The sheet size required to cover the mold is 13 X 5 (2 required), and 1 pound of dough yields slightly fewer than 16 sheets, or 90 ravioli - depending on thickness.
Question:	How can I use my Atlas Wellness pasta maker to get the right width and thickness? My pasta sheet tore when I used the plastic "well" insert
Answer:	WOW, you have a great machine. Most will make sheets only 6" wide yours will make sheets 7 inches wide. The Bellemain mold is just over four inches wide. Yours would work great for making ravioli with the Kitchen Aid ravioli maker too. It requires sheets at least 6 inches wide. We have a rough time with our Kitchen Aid pasta machine maintaining 6 inch wide sheets end to end when the length goes over 18 inches. Your thinness adjustments on the Atlas is 10 stops. Most only have 8. When you make ravioli you want the dough as thin as possible. Don't forget you're making a two layered pasta. If you make the layers more than number 6 in thinness, you'll get gummy ravioli that will take forever to cook. For tender ravioli, setting six is perfect. Michael White's pasta recipe of 2 cups AP flour, 3 large eggs, 1 tablespoonful of olive oil makes perfect pasta and the most tender ravioli. He's the greatest authority on making fine pasta. You can use APF. We use the Italian 00 pasta flour, it's the best. It's a much finer flour made specifically for fantastic pasta. The Bellemain mold is the best on the market. • If your sage bundle is tightly wrapped:
  • Untie it a little bit and pull it apart for much easier burning.
• If you sage bundle is a little loosely wrapped:
  • Do not untie or pull apart the bundle - it should burn just fine after it has a good ember.
• If you only want to burn a little bit at a time, break off a few chunks and burn them inside your Abalone shell or smudge bowl.
• Be careful & use caution - Always open a window (at least a little bit) to make sure smoke doesn't build up to much.
• Never run water on to your sage, unless it is an emergency (please use caution). To put out your Sage, you can rub the embers out in your shell/bowl or simply let the embers burn out on their own within a couple of minutes.
  • Make sure there is no moving air in the area, otherwise it will will keep the embers going.

Question:	Are these considered a non dairy product
Answer:	There are no dairy ingredients in this product.
Question:	How many servings in one
Answer:	It’s one serving, but my 93 year old grandmother says she can eat half sometimes if she has a roll etc with it. It’s a tiny portion to me.
Question:	Do these have to be refrigerated
Answer:	The COMPLEATS® Meals are all fully cooked and shelf stable.
Question:	what is the aprox shelf life
Answer:	My guess would be about a year, but you need to check the expiration date on the package when you receive it. I've eaten some a year after I bought them and had no problems. They probably last awhile even after the printed expiry date.
