Answer:	It is not required. According to the package info it is already washed but I rinse the broccoli again to freshen it. I suppose if your cooking the broccoli it doesn’t matter but definitely wash if your eating raw especially with Covid circulating around.

Answer:	Because every bag of this broccoli is gross-makes my house reek. Broccoli is not supposed to smell and taste horribly. I recommend buying individual organic stalks of broccoli from somewhere else.

Answer:	Nutrition Fact: It’s good for you. If you don’t know broccoli is good for you by now (at your age), ask your mum.
Question:	How can they look fresh, but smell so rancid
Answer:	I have been ordering this product for the last 6 months. In the last 3 weeks I have noticed a marked decline in the freshness, with more of the broccoli appearing that is it starting to rot. It definitely has a strong odor when you open the bag. I can tell in the living room when my wife has opened in the kitchen. Our assessment is the stronger the odor, the worse the condition of the broccoli. We used to be able to have it pretty fresh 2-4 days after delivery. The last three weeks has been more like 1-2 days.

Answer:	Most of these types of plastic are already recycled materials. They go into regular garbage not in any recycling bins, this is the case in NYC. We have pretty etensive recycling measures in place.

Answer:	This is cut up broccoli and carrots....are you not able to calculate this yourself if it’s that important? No...fda doesn’t require a nutrition label for cut up produce.

Answer:	Yes you can but not as a slaw you can cook the slaw mix and season it and put it over rice or eat it with potatoes. The freezing will change some of the textures of the vegetables but it is good in a stir fry.
