However - beware - bc we’ve noticed that although frozen this chicken weighs 2lbs, they must pump it full of fillers/water, bc it cooks down quite a bit more than you would expect. We even compared - and bought 2lbd fresh from our supermarket - which was slightly more expensive, but we were surprised when one of our typical weekly dinners ended up with a lot more leftovers that when we make it with this chicken. It’s definitely good quality chicken, it’s more of a value issue.
