Answer:	They used a cheap thin piece of metal with a toxic “nonstick” coating that no matter what you did when heating and following the directions it wasn’t designed to work. Answer:	Hi there! the problem may be with the nutritional facts image is for a different product. This is an error from the seller. They sell GF mix and GF KETO mix. The Keto mix has 12gms total carbs, 7gms fiber and 1gm of Erythritol. To get “real” carb count, you subtract fiber and erythritol (8) from 12 and that leaves 4gms total carbs. So bottom line, the image depicted is wrong but there is a second image that is correct. Make sure you are looking at the GF KETO mix this will make sense. Hope this helps!

Answer:	No, this is a baked product and therefore needs to be microwaved to be cooked properly. The boiling water and time method only works with non baked goods like pastas.
