Answer:	My white (never yet washed) 10R in these measure 32", which might be a fluke/mislabeled pair? Those were bought in Kohl's (I never buy "regular" length but this was only white pair they had in a 10 so I was shocked at the long length - and thrilled) I went home & ordered a different color but was able to find them online at Kohl's in 10L. The 10L have not been washed & they measure 32 1/2", so they do vary. I have several other pairs of this particular jean- all washed & tumble dried on low -(all are LONG ) & measure 32" give or take 1/2" after laundering. I have no clue who is selling these or where they get them but I just ordered a 10L in white as I'd like to have a 2nd pair. I hope the fit and length are ok & they are not "seconds". I'm 5' 9", so anyone would find "longs" too short unless you like the look of an above the ankle pant which I don't. These jeans are are made in 3 foreign countries so I'm sure that can cause some fit and length differences. (several of my 12L's only say "12" on the little label under the brand name on the waistband, BUT the lower inside care & fabric labels all say "12 LONG". Only 1 pair actually says "12L" on little label under the brand on the waistband. A bit of a quality control issue, so I've leaned to try them on in store, or ask questions if ordering online.

Answer:	The label calls them "misses legging". I would expect leggings to follow every curve of your leg, really hug your whole leg. These do not, they are more like slim cut jeans. If that's what you are looking for, jeans that are not baggy and not skin tight, you will be happy with these. In a 16 petite, mine are 15 inches around at the ankle.
Question:	How long would this product keep without refrigeration? I'm looking for extended backpacking options
Answer:	The denim is woven with a small percentage of spandex. The fabric isn't stretchy as knit fabric sweat pants, for example, would be. It won't enable you to wear a size up. The spandex just allows enough stretch to prevent the knee or seat areas from becoming misshapen while wearing.
