Answer:	I have not used marzipan in cookies before. I am assuming you want the almond flavor, so if you use marzipan you will have to adjust your butter or fat content. Or in place of marzipan use one Tablespoon of almond extract for the almond flavor.

Answer:	They LOOK like fruit but DO NOT taste like fruit. They all taste alike, having a sweet almond flavor. To get an idea, imagine using a lot of almond extract in something.

Answer:	I just got these and they are hard as a rock. I will have to throw them out they dont even have any taste. In the past the have been delicious and soft.
