Answer:	Keto is about maintaining healthy blood sugar levels through control of the types of carbs you ingest. For those of you who think Keto is only about low carb, you need to do your research! Monk fruit has a glycemic index of 0. Stevia has a glycemic index of 0. Sugar has a glycemic index of 58 to 67 (depending on whose scale you look at)!
