Don't worry about the carbs., just worry about the saturated fat in any food, and don't forget the salt amount.. Carbs. and protein are necessary for anyone who leads an active life. Try it with soy milk, which is much healthier with NO cholesterol. I hope it will help you. |

| Answer: | This is the "original"! No chocolate or nuts. I have been eating this for twenty years. I buy it from Amazon because it is less expensive then Costco or Walmart, and with Prime, I do not have to drive to get it. |
