Answer:	We combine 8 ounces boiling (or very hot) water to 1 packet of this gelatin powder and stir until dissolved. Then we add 8 ounces very cold water, stir to mix and refrigerate until set. It sets quickly and is very low in carbs. My husband has this almost every evening for a guilt free snack. He loves it!

FYI, it does include sucralose, an artificial sweetener.
