Question: Hi! can we select the flavors for the macarons
Answer: I don't know if fresh is what I eventually got but it's like any cookie that's shipped. I haven t had any macarons freshly cooked.

Answer: I received pouches, though I was expecting one box, from the answers given previously. The box is what I wanted, but the pouches are ok. 19 Oct 2015 Seller: Cozmic Online/sent from Amazon. The "milk carton" others mention appears to be a different product (pouches=Buttery Flavored vs. carton =Idahoan Real Mashed), perhaps they were previously listed together, and so the confusion?
Question: Are these dairy free
Answer: One big box when I got it last January. However, when I bring up the product page now, there's a message about "12 pouches" on the box, which is confusing. Maybe they're advertising a different new or alternative product, or maybe they've replaced the 'one box' version with pouches, or maybe it's a product mix-up on Amazon. Sloppy marketing.
Question: Does this come with letter options or gift wrap
Answer: I boil 2/3 cup water with some butter and then mix in 1/3 cup of the potatoes and let stand about a minutes. They do not need anything else, and they taste great. There is just enough for one delicious serving.Sometimes I'll make the 2/3 cup liquid a mixture of milk and water (using a little powdered milk), and it tastes a little bit richer. But, either way, it tastes the same as real potatoes!
