Answer:	They do have a hard plastic heel and arch foundation.

Answer:	I bought the S and I wear a size 7. These are designed for several sizes. You trim some of the edges off depending on the size you want. With an XS I trimmed off a little bit. You would trim off a bit more for a 6.5. It seams that the XS might work, although 6.5 would be the maximum range for that size so there would be no ability to modify. If I were purchasing this with your shoe size I'd get the S.

Answer:	I have a very narrow size 10 1/2 shoe. As for length they fit my shoes with a little trimming. I can't speak for width E.

Answer:	Not sure since I don't have the black ones. I can say that the gray area is a very hard plastic rather than a firm rubber which I was expecting.

Answer:	When I received my order on June 20, 2015, it was 60 packs. Each pack contains 2 cookies. So 120 cookies all together. Delicious and super soft. As if it was just baked.
