Answer:	Back to Nature recently reformulated their products to be fully 'plant based' except for honey in some. Why they do not officially certify them as vegan I don't know. But there has been confusion on all of their listings due to their Amazon listings showing the old ingredients for some varieties, and some customers getting old non vegan versions. I would say if you get the non vegan version contact Amazon for a refund/exchange since you got the wrong product. I ordered the Cheddarlicious crackers a month ago and they were vegan and yummy. FYI though they do use shared equipment that may have been in contact with dairy and soy so purchase at your own risk if you are allergic or aren't comfortable with shared equipment. It's naturally solid at room temperature, and gives our brownies and blondies their luscious texture and works as a natural preservative. Unfortunately, the method used to harvest most palm oil is bad for the environment—but NOT the palm shortening that we use. Rule Breaker uses only RSPO-certified sustainable palm oil, which meets strict environmental, ethical and social criteria. In fact, palm uses half the land of sunflower or soybeans to make the same amount of oil, further reducing environmental impact. You can learn more here: https://www.rspo.org/certification. To answer your question about our natural flavors, a lot of so-called "natural flavors" are anything but. Answer:	Its a pretty long shelf life. But now too pricy to vend in my machines

Answer:	The product description is probably out of date. The cookies used to feature soy protein, but have since replaced it to make the cookie soy free.
