HAHA but it has 140 cal. on 2 slices, total fat 4 g, 0 cholesterol, 200 mg sodium ,24g carbs , fiber 5 g and less than 2 g. of sugar in 2 slices , 2 g protein. it is great toasted. I have to hide it from my husband. hope this helps ! |
