Answer:	The uncooked tortillas I use are 8" from Costco.

Answer:	I have had my Tortilla keepers for several years so I no longer have the paperwork, but they seem to be made of terra cotta. I have 3 and use them for everything from meats, vegetables, creamed potatoes, and pasta to pancakes, scrambled eggs, French fries, and tortillas. They are great for chilled dishes like potato salad, pasta salad, etc. They are large and best used when you are cooking for a large group, not just for one or two people, although they can be used for small meals. I love mine and use one often for me and my daughter by combining different foods in one bowl such as fried okra and fried mushrooms. The possibilities are endless.
Question:	Does it need freeze? How about 20 days international shipping? Will it ok to eat
Answer:	I've been able to put up to 30 + homemade tortillas in there with space left over. It depends on how thick they are though.

Answer:	It's a very tough plastic, kind of reminds me of the old Tough Stuff alphabet blocks my 40 year old son used to have. It's very durable. Although I don't usually because it's bulky, I have put it in the dishwasher no problem. Hope this helps.

Answer:	According to the package, they are best with some air flow, and not intended for use in a completely airtight container. I put the sheets everywhere I keep baked things - in a bag with my bagels, in muffin containers. I've never tried them in a freezer. You can cut the sheets into smaller pieces - it's probably worth experimenting. It won't hurt! :)
