Answer:	I think it might help a bit, nothing drastic. Yogi does make other tea formulas that I have seen at the store specifically for helping get regular and also colon cleansing. But I've never tried them.

Answer:	I changed my eating habits dramatically for the better at the time I started drinking this. Yes, my functions improved, but not to where I'd say it was an issue. I will say that staying regular, to me has been a benefit. I'd give your body a week or so to adjust to your new intake. I really like this product and will continue to recommend it.

Answer:	Yes this tea definitely works. Drink every morning and either walk for about 30 minutes or some cardio for 15-30 minutes stay consistent. You will lose weight!! The hard part about losing weight is the desires to fall back into your “normal” eating habits. Find healthy alternatives before you start your weight loss journey, even fast food places find out what you should order and not what you want to order. Black Coffee and chromium helps aid the best to this tea far as the hunger pains. This has been the best tea I have used for weight loss.

Answer:	When you go to the bathroom that many times it really detox your system, your poops will turn green, this is normal, once you drink it for awhile you won’t go to the bathroom that frequently anymore because your system will get use to it, I will use a different brand or take a break from it for awhile.

Answer:	I think the problem with inconsistent taste is an issue of storage. It says "Do not heat bottle" right on the bottle. I believe the product is being stored in hot, unairconditioned conditions during the summer months, and this is to blame for the awful batches. The flavor seems consistently good during the colder months.

Answer:	Gunpowder tea traditionally made in China, it got its name from the shape of tea leaves rolled into a pellet. In China it is called zhu cha (pearl tea). In China this tea has many grades of quality - from the cheap at 1 dollar a pound to very expensive aged tea to 1000 dollars a pound. Tea could be contaminated w lead and other toxic chemicals or could be totally clean. Tea made for export usually is different from the one for the domestic market, since it is specified for the requirements of each country. Teas specified to the U.S. standards are generally clean or organic, so no worry! :)

Heat water to 180 degrees (too hot will not give optimal flavor and will diminish the antiox. benefit) 2. steep for 4 mins (too long will cause the bitterness of the tannins to come through) 3. pre-warm the cup (I rinse the cuop under hot water before pouring the tea into it. This may sound complicated but it isnt once you have a method. I drink 36 ounces every morning before work....I love this tea.
