Answer:	The boxes are not wrapped in plastic. They are individually sealed in cardboard boxes by flavor like you would buy at the grocery store (and as shown in the picture). And as mentioned the tea bags inside the sealed boxes are also individually wrapped in the standard foil/paper packet.

Answer:	The product page for the Twinnings tea has multiple selections for both flavor and size. One of the size options is 20 Count (Pack of 6) but another option is 20 Count which is just a single box. I was just looking at the Winter Spice flavor and noticed that the Pack of 6 for that flavor actually costs more than 6 times the cost of the single box. So it's worth checking the different options.

This paper is oxygen bleached using a natural process free of chemicals or toxins. In addition, our tea bag filtration paper does not contain GMOs, gluten, corn nor any of the eight FDA recognized allergens (tree nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, wheat or soybeans). Question:	Does ANYBODY know the antioxidant content when brewing one single bag? The Bigelows don't respond on their website, twitter,facebook, etc
Answer:	Green tea contains compounds called catechins (a subset of a group of compounds called polyphenols) that in test tube studies show antioxidant, anticarcinogenic, antitumorigenic, and antimicrobial properties. The main catechin found in green tea is epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). Consumer Lab did a study on many popular green teas and found Bigelows to have 25.0 mg EGCG and 60.9 mg total catechins. Bigalow organic and decaf green teas were higher. This compares to Lipton Green Tea that had the highest of all tested at 71.1 mg EGCG and 188.1 mg total catechins. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Based on some digging online from people who have emailed H&S, it seems that at least one of the flavorings is cinnamaldehyde, a pure version of an oil found in cinnamon and used to give cinnamon candies and cinnamon flavored gum a spicy, sweet flavor. It is possible that is what is the source of the sweetness. Because it is classified as a flavoring and not a sweetener, they can label it as a flavoring.

Answer:	The individual packaged tea bags came in a Red and olive green cardboard box, count of 50 bags. This tea along with the Earl Grey tea we purchased, were packed in another container, well packed and labeled. Harney and Sons always provide superior products. Answer:	Well, to be honest, I haven't used a 20-count tea sachet in so long that I don't remember what they taste like. I've been buying the 50-count box because it was such a better deal. I can tell you this, I have never been disappointed in the tea bags in the 50-count box.

Also, our ingredients are sourced from all over the world, although specific location information is proprietary. Our green and black teas come from Camellia sinensis plant. The formula in our 59 oz. is slightly different from our shelf stable 64 oz to accommodate the customized chilled manufacturing process utilized to manufacture this package. The 59 oz carafe is sold in the chilled section at your local grocery store and has a shorter shelf life (9-10 weeks). Answer:	Not enough to justify this ridiculous price. I can get a 15 pack of the 18.5 ounce bottles of the unsweetened tea for $11.99 at Wegmans, or $10.99 at BJs.

Answer:	The ones at the store are generally 16.9oz while these are the larger 18.5oz. These are still more expensive but based on the prices at my local store these are only 2c per ounce more. You might be paying for convenience if you order these.

Answer:	I was concerned about the "proper" preparation of this tea using Keurig technology. I was pleasantly surprised. Whereas I enjoy the ritual of preparing tea the traditional way, the Keurig method delivers a nice cup of tea in half the time.

Answer:	Yes it does! Each half-teaspoon (1 gram) serving of Matcha contains roughly 25-35mg of caffeine, which is approximately one-third the caffeine of a cup of brewed coffee. Matcha is easily tolerated by many people for whom coffee makes them jittery because all of the other components that make up Matcha in effect slow down the release of caffeine into the body. Answer:	Absolutely -- our partner farm conducts regular lab tests on the soil, water, and plants to ensure our Matcha is 100% safe to consume, in addition to lab tests performed on the final product that we import (ensuring that not only is there no radiation concern, but also that no heavy metals or other contaminants are present). Product safety is the most important issue for Jade Leaf Organics, and we take every precaution to ensure it. The Uji, Kyoto region where our Matcha is sourced is very far south of the site of the Fukushima incident in 2011, one of the furthest growing regions from the location of the incident, and detailed soil and plant analyses conducted even the year of the disaster showed no signs of radiation contamination. To be clear, our growing region was NEVER affected by the incident. Now, 4 years later, Japan has since lifted all restrictions on crops (even ones grown near Fukushima).
