Answer:	No but you can buy their brand of tea separately I believe. We found that buying tea at our local grocery store or at Trader Joe's is just as good for less money. We've used loose tea and teabags through this cup and it works beautifully no matter what you do. The problem is, I'm going to have to buy more because now the kids are using it constantly!

Answer:	I'm not 100% sure but I didn't see anything on the packaging that indicates it being organic. So I would say no.
