Answer:	That could be a custom job. SKB does make a road case that's 1U, but they're kind of pricy. As far as mounting goes, you can get a set of 1U rails and mount them in any box that's got an internal width of about 20" and the depth of the rail bracket as the tuner itself has almost zero depth. If I had to venture a guess as to your original question, if it's not made by SKB, it's probably a custom fab job.
