Answer:	I think the problem with inconsistent taste is an issue of storage. It says "Do not heat bottle" right on the bottle. I believe the product is being stored in hot, unairconditioned conditions during the summer months, and this is to blame for the awful batches. The flavor seems consistently good during the colder months.

If you are to purchase ahead of time, once you receive them, we do suggest taking them out right away and placing in a sunny spot so they receive light. Once you are to travel, wrap them back up individually with paper for protection. You will need to find out from the airline on their regulations on if you are able to pack the plants. Answer:	I have found the best success with this plant when it is not in direct sunlight and only watering it once every three weeks. I wait until the soil is completely dry and then I will put it in my sink with the faucet just on a drip and let it complete soak the soil and let any of the excess water drain out before moving it back to its spot.

Answer:	If you're looking for the powder form that you just add water to; it's Big Train Chai. We drink both, but this is more potent enjoyable spice flavor. The Big T is also good as a frozen chai, i.e., Starbucks, but you'll save a lot more with this and enjoy the true flavors of spice. We use 1/2 c. tea to an 8 cup coffee press and let steep overnight, stir well to let out all flavor, then dissolve 1/2 c. sugar & press, keep concentrate in fridge until use. Fill 1/2 mug with concentrated tea mix you made and other 1/2 hot water or cold water and cream, yum! Great also for iced tea. Big hits at parties especially if you add the tapioca bubbles.

It is leaves that have been processed for you to steep in hot water and then remove. I use the little disposable bags that you can also purchase from Amazon. One of the Original Thai Iced Tea Mix, makes about 200 cups!! After brewing for 2-3 minutes, take the leaves out (if you don't have bags, a fine strainer will work to remove the leaves) add sweetened condensed milk for authentic Thai tea, or regular milk and Stevia, chill for iced tea, or make it extra strong and pour over ice cubes. Enjoy!
