Answer:	This bag contains roughly 10oz of powdered matcha (it takes up almost all of the bag's interior space, using the last bag I received as a point of reference). I've spoken with people who do make tea out of it and enjoy it at least as much as other varieties of matcha, including "ceremonial grade" matcha, but I use it exclusively for smoothies, as my interest is less about the pomp and circumstance of tea ceremonies and more about the prospective health benefits.

Answer:	Not sure if this Mocafe Matcha Green Tea blend comes in a smaller 12 ounce package. This package come in a 3 pound bag and is very cost efficient! not too mention quite yummy!!

Answer:	Try the "slightly sweet" version which is just regular sugar but less of it compared with the original recipe. Original is too sweet for me and I don't want "sugar free" with artificial sweeteners.

Answer:	Yup, same as the previous comment -- I leave it out on the counter with a pump inside. If you buy the regular Oregon Chai in the box, that says to refrigerate it ... this does not. Think of it more like a flavored syrup than a "mix".

Answer:	I would love to see a slightly sweet version that's ALSO caffeine free-haven't been able to find it! I looked it up, and the product website states "a Slightly Sweet Chai Latte contains approximately approximately 30-35mg of caffeine per serving, which is comparable to a lightly brewed cup of black tea."
Question:	Can you make it in k cups
Answer:	No. This is a latte liquid concentrate that you mix with milk. Chai K cups are powder that you mix with water. There is a chai K cup out there and I've used it but this is SO SO much better. You dump this liquid concentrate in about a half and half ratio. So 1/2 cup concentrate with 1/2 cup milk. After you have this I promise you you'll never want a Chai K cup again.
