Answer:	In my opinion, this tea has the most natural, "peppermint" taste, not a strange, biting, chemically or grass-like flavor. I tend to primarily make cold iced tea with this flavor, so I can't really say what the hot tea will taste like (my experience has been that some teas taste very different hot versus cold). But, like I said, I like this brand because it's the most pleasant, smooth peppermint flavor - slightly sweet with no sharp aftertaste. I agree that many other peppermint teas aren't very good.

Answer:	I have experience with the 50 and 100 count packages of English Breakfast. Both are bagged tea, but the 100 count are each individually wrapped in a paper/foil pack. The 50 count is bags, loose in the container. Actually two bags connected by a thin perforation. The 50 count are perfect for using in a pot. The bags are full sized, and two bags will make four cups of strong tea. I use three bags per four cups, but I like it strong enough to stand up without a cup. The 100 count are not only annoying to unwrap each bag if you're using multiples in a pot, but they're also not as large (and more powdery). They make one cup each bag, and no more,. I really wish they sold the 50 style packaging in a larger bulk count.

Answer:	Thank you for your question. Because we haven't had experience with our customers using this in a dry herb vaporizer we cannot give a definitive answer. The flowers are organic, so there should be no concerns with pesticides, but just to be safe, we would recommend speaking to a doctor before trying this with any of our products.
Question:	is the bark the inner bark, outer bark or a mix? The inner bark is, from what I understand, what contains the healing properties
Answer:	It would depend on how much you use per cup. I combine other herbs for a tea but generally speaking two heaping table spoons of Chamomile crushed up in a mortar and pestle to enhance the flavor of chamomile will yield four cups. The 4.0z bag last quite awhile. Use a mortar and pestle to gain more flavor with less herb brew with the entire plant material and strain with a fine mesh strainer.

Answer:	The gift box is made of cardboard. I found it to be very presentable. I gave it as a gift. I have been drinking Taylors of Harrogate teas for many years. Ever since my son gave me the gift of a box of Yorkshire Tea he picked up while on a business trip to London. I order my Taylors of Harrogate teas from Amazon. A similar box with eight compartments made of wood would cost an additional $20 to $30 depending on the type of wood. I recently gave a gift and the single compartment cedar wood "rustic presentation box" cost 6.95 pounds (about $11.47). When I gave this gift I was thinking of giving quality teas not a wood box.

Answer:	The box I received with 50 teabags was ones that were tag less and not individually wrapped. Kind of prefer the ones with tags that are individually wrapped but still very good tea.
Question:	What are the dimensions of this item
Answer:	I do. I use a cup that is 16oz and put two bags in and let steep for 2-4 minutes before drinking. The flavor works well for me at those conditions and I sleep very well.

Answer:	Yes! It's very nice espec for a hot summer evening. I'd try it someday when you will be home all day. Some people are more susceptible to its calming effects. I can drink a gallon of it but my husband is snoring after two glasses. Hope you enjoy it. I buy all our tea and coffee at Amazon now. Usually they are far less expensive, espec with teas, than supermarkets.
Question:	Hi, how is this tea prepare? Is it more like a loose leaf tea
Answer:	YES! I received mine today, April 14, 2020. There are 6 (six) boxes and each box contains 40 (forty) tea bags. That being said, your math is correct in that 40 tea bags per box x 6 boxes = 240 tea bags in total. I will also include a picture of the package in my review just to clear this up once and for all. Answer:	Looks like the inorganic green tea "product of Taiwan" is no longer carried by Amazon for monthly subscribe and save. Non-Amazon vendors are charging about double the old Amazon price. (2020/06/21) I'm going to try the new Organic Unsweetened Green Tea which is available for subscribe and save. But, these label photos DO say "product of Japan." I doubt I'll be able to note any flavor difference, and I hope I don't, since I like it just the way it was, organic or not. It's more or less the same price as the inorganic was as far as subscribe and save (about a buck a bottle, which is a great deal).

I've explained this problem to Amazon reps about this many times to no avail.

Answer:	Black, green, oolongs, white - all these teas have caffeine. The caffeine content in tea is approx. 1/3 of caffeine of coffee. Caffeine level is very similar in all these types of tea as they all come from the same plant Camellia Sinensis. Teas can be decaffeinated through a special process. Also, you may opt for herbal infusions that are made from plants, that don't contain any caffeine, such as Chamomile, Peppermint, Rooibos (also called red tea), and many many others!

Answer:	Only Earl Grey contains bergamot, which is oil from Mediterranean fruit. Some Earl Greys might be flavored with other ingredients that give the same "begamoty" flavor and aroma.

Answer:	There is no information on the package? However, the amount of caffeine is controlled by how much tea you use & how long you steep it!

Answer:	Puer or Puerh is a special tea fermented usually sold in bricks, discs, or mushrooms. It’s a highly specialized tea from the Yunnan region. It is exquisite. If you do a regular Internet search you can find out more information about how this tea is produced and sold. It’s usually very earthy, in the best sort of way.
Question:	What Are The Benefits Of Using This Product
Answer:	I think what you want to ask is: does bottled tea have the same health benefits as freshly brewed tea? I heard that it doesn't. I think you lose some healthy components like within an hour after it is brewed. I don't think Bottling preserves everything good in fresh tea. I bet this has been researched. Wonder what good things are left in bottled teas, and if there's any Bad components created. Pretty sure plastic bottles will add some bad components.
