AMAZON, I have seen this so many times, with many different items, it is not helpful to others to publish such questions/answers without a clear reference to what exactly the item is.

Answer:	To the best of my knowledge, no. Ghirardelli is an old time chocolate firm. Been around for years. Unless somehow cocoa beans themselves have heavy metal traces, I sincerely doubt there is anything in the Ghirardelli process that might contaminate the product

Answer:	No it's not a high in caffeine however like any coffee the caffeine response is personal. When I drank 2 cups in the morning and an afternoon expresso cuban coffee. I wasn't affected by coffee like I am now. The caramel vanilla cream is one of the flavors that has a good balance between coffee flavor and creamy vanilla flavor without either overpowering the other.

Answer:	These are the original k cups. I’m not sure what kind that particular brewer takes.

Answer:	Yes, they should fit any Keurig brewer. The only recommendation I will make is after brewing cider, cappuccino, hot chocolate and similar flavors and planning to leave the brewer sit for a while, run it without a pod to clean the mechanism of any sticky residue.
