Answer:	Thanks for your question. The SHOT button brews 2 oz. a concentrated shot of coffee which is perfect for making lattes and cappuccinos. The strong button can be chosen to brew a more robust, larger cup of coffee. For a cappuccino, the frother starts with 4 oz of milk, and froths it to be approximately 50/50 milk and froth. For a Latte, the frother starts with 6 oz of milk, and froths it to be ~20-30% froth. We hope this helps!

Question:	Can you just brew water
Answer:	Sure can. Just pretend you put a pod in and use product as usual.. The hot water comes through as usual.
Question:	what size Paper filter
Answer:	It does not use filter paper. It has a reusable "permanent" filter and that is my biggest issue with this machine. The permanent filter allows some fine grounds to pass through and the filter would likely overflow if you added filter paper to it to eliminate this problem. This is true even though I set my coffee mill to a coarser setting, thinking that would eliminate the problem. It helped just a bit. I wish they had included a filter holder, but you could cut out the mesh of the permanent filter and make your own (cut to size) filter paper. I have not tried this yet but may later. Right now I just am careful to not drink the coffee to the bottom of the cup as the sediment is rather nasty. The only other alternative would be to filter the coffee before drinking which seems to make the point of a large cup coffee maker inconvenient rather than 'just right'.
Question:	Can you add milk instead of water in the tank for richer coffee
Answer:	Rather than using milk in the brewer, and risk ruining your coffeemaker, if you like a richer taste, buy a small carton of real whipping cream and add to your coffee after brewing instead. Coffee with real 100% cream versus milk or half and half is truly a gourmet experience, and is zero carbs, so it's keto-friendly as well. A little bit of 100% whipping cream goes a long way in your cup of coffee, so you can adjust the amount as desired. That would be my suggestion to try. :)

Question:	Just wanting to know what is the functional difference between the cone and basket settings. what is the machine doing differently with each setting
Answer:	Lots of people online say they do crack dry soybeans with this mill. I tend to only use the fine setting but it looks like it could be set to very course.
Question:	Is the base of this coffee maker 12.4 inches wide like the manufacturer states or is it 13.5 as Amazon says? I have a real tight location for this
Answer:	Yes, the grain mill does fit and it works well on an older champion. I grind wheat and make my own bread with the champion.
Question:	Dies this Breville coffee maker have an automatic shutoff and is it programmable so that I can prep it the night before and it brews the next morning
Answer:	It did not work for me it was very difficult to take off and put on. I had the model listed you are asking about I emailed champion and I found out this one is for the newer model. I returned it.
Question:	Hi, is water tank removable
Answer:	That depends on the grain. Harder grains like wheat take a little longer. Millet or sorghum take less time. What I have found to be the best way to mill hard grains is to set the stones wide and just crack the grain first. Then I reset the stones to the setting I want my flour to be and run it through again. It takes about 1/2 the time to do it this way in my experience. If I set the stones narrow right off it can take up to 1/2 hour to mill 3-5# of grain. It's more work the way I've described, but if you're like me, time is money! :-)

Answer:	This espresso maker makes 12 oz of espresso. You put 12 oz water in and get 12 oz espresso out. 6 small espresso cups (2 oz each).

Answer:	"Similar" yes....but really no it doesn't. Though it is technically espresso, it's an entirely different type of espresso..... although that's not a bad thing in this case. The espresso you're thinking of incorporates "bars" of pressure and is the primary difference between something like this versus what is thought of traditionally as "espresso". Even some of the best machine home models don't do espresso justice. Me personally I've never seen one that does short of dropping a substantial amount of money. If you're looking for something similar to the espresso you would find in any given coffee shop but at home, I'd recommend a ROK. Answer:	The aeropress requires a fair amount of downward force on the plunger to make coffee. I would not use a thin-walled glass cup to do that.
