Answer:	I have the sauce pans an 8 and 12 in skillets and use an older electric stove and all of these pieces work wonderfully. I was originally worried the older burners would scratch the bottom surface but I've not had any problems with scratchers in or out. They heat well and maintain even if I turn down a !little to stop any possible boil over. Have the turquoise blue and just love the qua!ity and weight of these pieces!

Question:	Do the work in the nescafe dolce majesto machines
Answer:	When my wife does this she uses the expresso (short) for the coffee pod and the lungo (long) for the milk. Often the milk pod does not fully empty and she has to cut the top to empty the last of the milk out. Not ideal but otherwise there is not sufficient milk in the drink. We purchased a separate milk steamer and find that preferable option and also can also buy better grade coffee pods and fresh milk for the cappuccino or Cortado.

Question:	How many ounces does it make per serving
Answer:	Cappuccino is about 90% low-fat milk & 10% coffee. The milk is reconstituted first, about 6 to 7 ounces. The coffee is next, about 1 to 2 ounces. The foam is not as dense or dry as a coffee shop foam due to the lower pressure 15 bars vs 19 bars or more - tap water is 2 to 3 bars. Some people foam their own milk and use the espresso capsule for 1 to 2 ounces of coffee. Nespresso makes a good milk foamer or you can use a pan on your stove. Enjoy!
Question:	If people like their coffees strong without sugar, and a little milk, would they like this or any dolce gusto coffees? It seems they all have sugar it
Answer:	I do not like the cappuccino flavor because it uses powdered milk. Instead, I use the plain Cafe Lungo capsules. I heat 1/2 & 1/2 in a cup in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds first, and then dispense the coffee into that cup. It is the best coffee I have ever tasted - at home or in coffee shops around the world! There are 16 capsules per box and if you buy them through Amazon's "subscribe and save" program by the case (3 boxes), it works out to about 50 cents per cup. You can also buy on the Dolce Gusto website, but it is more expensive. Answer:	Keurig is great if you want to make a thermos of coffee to take to work to sip on. Dolce Gusto is great for the weekends, when you actually want to sit down and ENJOY a cup of whatever fancy coffee/drink you want! I've found several delicious and smooth coffees for the Keurig and I can make 16 oz with them, which is a plus. Dolce Gusto makes small cups, but yes, great quality!
