If looking at an individual k-cup, first is the brand name: Green Mountain, Gloria Jean's, etc. Next is the flavor: Breakfast Blend, Butter Toffee, etc. Next there is a black circle. Inside of this circle are the words KEURIG brewed. The only k-cups that work with my 2.0 are the ones with this logo, no exceptions! Sure hope this helps clarify the situation!
