Answer:	All of these types of machines will have a small amount of overflow water that leaks into the drip tray. If it’s excessive, there may be an issue, most of which can be fixed yourself. The drip tray should be emptied after each use as the liquid will accumulate and eventually spill over. It’s not exclusive to this machine, it’s all expresso machines designed like this, including other brands. I use to have a Lattisama that I thought was broken, but it turns out it was completely normal. So even when placed under the kitchen cabinets (moderately deep), the front panel of the machine tends to be further ahead of where the cabinets front portion ends. All the steam produced is right at the front panel (from the spout). Hence, it never really hits the cabinet. Our older drip coffee machine had more steam hitting the cabinets than this.

It makes a very satifying cup in the pico barista.

Answer:	Those are for cleaning the brew group. Not sure what a portafilter is. The machine I have doesn't have a brew group cleaning setting. Just a descaling setting and you use descaling liquid for that.

Answer:	We bought our first Gaggia Brera in 2014. It was perfect for 5 years. We had no issues with grinding, and after much daily use, the machine wore out, and we purchased a new one in 2019. YIKES! The amount of money that we have wasted on beans is insane. Unfortunately, the grinder will grind up a full shot of beans and then reject them, so each time this happens, money is dumped out. Much worse, to buy such an expensive machine and then be forced into only very particular brands of coffee is unfair to the consumer. We love a number of independent roasters, and this machine's grinder sensor will accept one bag of beans and reject the next of the exact same brand. We did some research and found that most Italian companies are using the same sensors on their grinders, so this is an issue in many fully-automatics. Gaggia, I beg of you to rectify this problem. You have an excellent machine, but this one issue ruins the whole thing. We are considering junking this machine after 10 months of use. Sending it for repairs doesn't solve the sensor issue, and the repairs (even under warranty) are extremely costly because of shipping.

Answer:	Bottle contains 8.45 fl oz.
Question:	Is this kit for all Saeco machines? Because I have no idea where that filter would go on my machine
Answer:	The filter goes inside the water tank and has a round circular fitting with a rubber O-ring to seal the connection. Cannot advise if all Saeco machines use this same filter. I would consult your Manual or an online version of the Manual if you are just now purchasing a machine.
Question:	Does this kit include the coffee oil remover 10X? I see alot of mixed reviews below, and want to make sure before I order
Answer:	Philips-Saeco states that it does not come with the 10 cleaning tablets, but they still have the wrong image on their website.
