Answer:	I don't see any gluten information. You can go to the Trung Nguyen website and ask via contact us link. Nothing on the can and nothing on the website. And yes, I quite enjoy it as cold brew. My friends enjoy it made traditionally and french press.
Question:	Why is the coffee so high in calories? Usually any black coffee is not more than 5 calories
Answer:	I have received various answers. for instance, for the G7 3 in 1 which has cream & sugar, some sites refer to 243 Cals & others refer to 68 - 70 cals per sachet (serving). I believe that the sites that reflect astromocal cals for trung Nguyen are not properly calculating based on serving size. I do not believe that the can reflects by serving size eather (not correctly anyway). If the 3 in 1 which has cream & sugar is 68 - 72 cals per sachet (1 serving) I cannot imagine that the Trung Nguyen black coffee per serving would be higher as it does not make any sense.

Answer:	G7 is made in three different factories in Vietnam. The first pilot plant was designed by Italian engineers at a cost of $10 million around 15 years ago, and was the first process in the world to make instant coffee from ground, powdered green, unroasted beans. As a result, the coffee is never brewed and freeze-dried or concentrated... it has never touched water. This is what gives it its superior, fresher taste. Years later, as demand grew, the company built two additional plants in different locations.

Answer:	Approximately 70 mg per serving (which is 6 oz). An average cup of coffee at Dunkin or Starbucks has 80-120 mg per 6 ounces, depending on bean varieties etc. Generally, instant coffees run a little lower than brewed coffees.
Question:	How does this compare to similar Korean brands like Maxim sticks
Answer:	Hi, actually, I use and like both the Korean sticks, (tabang coffee) and the Vietnamese G7. The G7 is more robust and flavorful (in my opinion) and stronger. It also has a scent of vanilla, which is not overwhelming but there. My wife is Korean. She does not like the taste or smell of G7. She says it is too strong. My advice, buy a small package to try. I use 2 sachets in a 10 oz. cup. Enjoy!

Answer:	Apparently standard size is 8 oz, which I ordered. I got two. I may have gotten the larger size if I had realized, though. It's very caffeinated, however, so just as well.

Question:	Does the black rubber handles on the side leak black color when rubbed on/soak? i merely held it for a little and my fingers were black stained. bad
Answer:	I have never had this happen. Mine are small press on black covers that allow you to move it without being burned when it is full of hot water. Mine seem like normal plastic with no stains or leakage.
Question:	How is this different from a Pour Over coffee maker
Answer:	Almost all coffee makers work by water being poured over ground coffee. An exception, the French press, works by the ground coffee being pushed down, pressed, through the water. The main difference w/a Vietnamese coffe maker is that the ground coffee is placed between two "filters", or perforated disks, one below and one above, before the water is poured over the top filter disk and allowed to percolate through it, then the coffee, then the bottom disk. Before brewing you can compact the ground coffee by pushing down on the top filter. The result is that percolating time can be made longer, and you end up with a stronger cup of coffee. Which, if you make it into iced coffee, works great because the melting ice cubes serve to dilute the strong coffee, into an iced coffee of perfect strength. strength.

Answer:	Yes, it's correct. If you want to make iced coffee you will need a very strong coffee. The color of this coffee will be very dark. That's the way it is. This is a tea leaf kind so it needs to be steep. If you like your coffee not as strong you definitely adjust the proportion to your taste.

Answer:	This is a 3 pack with 48 ounces total.
Question:	Is this powder mix instant coffee that dissolves in hot water or will I need to buy a strainer for the powder
Answer:	It is not instant coffee. You will need to buy a fine mesh (cloth) strainer. The suggested Thai way to make coffee is to put the coffee in a cloth mesh strainer, boil the water, take the water off the heat, then put strainer with the coffee in the water (don't let the coffee spill out...) and let the whole thing sit for 6 to 8 minutes. Take the strainer (coffee) out and your coffee is ready to serve, just add evaporated milk to taste.

Question:	why no whole bean
Answer:	They use a blend of Robusta, Arabica, Peaberry, and Soybeans. Arabica beans give the coffee a very pleasant aroma, and the other beans contribute to the boldness, and mouthfeel of our coffee. To get an even blend of these beans in one cup, they preground their Saigon Phin Daklak blend. It’s one of the best Vietnamese coffees I’ve had in the US.

Answer:	From our experience, you'll get some coffee grounds left in your cup. However, we haven't noticed any damages to any of our french presses. If you are concerned about damaging your french press, we suggest brewing it in a phin.

Answer:	5 Big Bags In each one of the bags is 20 individualy packaged sachets. These are Super for camping,plane travel, and my favorite as this is what I use them for is work. I carry 5 or 6 im a zip lock bag for my many coffee emergencys. and 5 bags = 100 days of delicious coffee drinking. my own personal preference I use sugar free vanilla creamer in these and it puts it into my Happy Place.

1. Set the bottom filter tray over your cup, and place the brewer on top of that. A 16 oz glass or Mason jar works well for this size brewer.

2. Add 6 or 7 teaspoons of the ground coffee to the brewer will makes a nice, strong cup of coffee.

3. Put the gravity insert into the brewer and press down to tamp the ground coffee.

4. Pour 8 oz of 200+ degree (F) water into the brewer.And wait for several minutes.

5. Once it's done brewing, remove the brewer, stir in your condensed milk (I use 2 heaping tsp) and then add ice.
